불평불만에 가득 찬 비관주의자는
스스로 아무것도 만들어내지 못하며,
주변 사람들도 하나둘 떠나가게 됩니다.
불평주의자를 위해 일하려는 사람은 없기 때문입니다.
열정과 긍정, 그리고 부정과 냉소는 빠르게 전염된다는 공통점을 가지고 있습니다.
리더는 긍정과 열정의 바이러스로
‘구성원을 흥분시킬 수 있는 능력’을 갖추고 있어야 합니다.
Pessimists who constantly complain cannot make anything of themselves;
their peers will eventually start to leave them,
because no one wants to work for a malcontent.
Passion, optimism as well as negativity
and cynicism have one thing in common- they are all contagious.
A leader must display a positive, passionate attitude
which is contagious enough to “inspire the entire group.” |
