대부분의 사람들에게 가장 위험한 일은
목표를 너무 높게 잡고 거기에 이르지 못하는 것이 아니라,
목표를 너무 낮게 잡고 거기에 도달하는 것이다.

목표가 확실하면 달성도도 높아집니다.
과학자들에 따르면, 목표가 달성되고 나면 인간 두뇌는 활성도가 둔화됩니다.
따라서 사람은 끊임없이 목표를 만들고
도전하지 않으면 점점 추락하게 되고
이런 불행을 피하기 위해서는 하나의 목표를 달성하고 나면
그 즉시 다음 목표를 설정해서 뇌에 새로운 프로그램을 입력해 주어야 합니다.
인간의 잠재력은 무한합니다.
그 잠재력은 높은 목표에 의해서 개발됩니다.
The clearer the goal, the more likely it will be accomplished.
According to scientists,
after a goal has been achieved a person’s brain activity slows down,
and unless a person continues to set new goals and challenges,
their minds will slowly deteriorate.
In order to avoid this, we must immediately come up with
a new target to reprogram our brain after we have achieved something.
We have limitless potential, but it can only be developed by
constantly setting challenging goals. |
