리더십은 곧 성과를 창출하는 것입니다.
그러나 상사의 업적은 부하들의 능력을 통해 달성됩니다.
직원 모두를 리더로 만들면, 그들 모두가 각각 탁월한 성과를 창출하게 되어
당연히 조직 전체의 성과는 극대화됩니다.
리더십은 자신의 인격과 성품을 배양하는 것에서 시작되고,
자신과 함께 일하는 사람들을 또 다른 리더로 양성하는 데서 끝이 납니다.

Leadership is what makes results come to fruition,
but a leader is only as good as the people working under him.
If all the subordinates can take the initiative and become leaders themselves,
they can all achieve outstanding results and
maximize the efficiency of the entire workforce.
Leadership begins with people developing their character and
ends up educating their coworkers to become leaders themselves.
